Everything it does

Boxlet CMS does a short list of things and tries to do each one properly.

The Statistics screen: visitors, page views and views per visitor for 30 days, each compared with the period before, and a chart of visitors and views by day.

No cookies. No cookie banner.

Boxlet doesn't set a single cookie for your visitors. Not on pages, not on the 404, not when someone sends a form.

Appearance: the design sets to choose from, each with its colours, beside the demo's home page drawn in the one in use.

Design, without writing CSS

This is the part Boxlet is really about.

The builder's structure tree, every section and block of the page in order, beside the page itself.

Write on the page itself

Click a heading and type. Select words for bold, a link or a list.

The media library: pictures and files in one list, with their sizes, downloads, where each is used and its description.

Upload once

Boxlet makes every size a page needs, in AVIF and WebP when your server can.

PageSpeed Insights for the demo on a computer: 100 for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO, with 0 ms of blocking time.

Fast without trying

It gets there by leaving things out, and by keeping what it can.

The language settings: the site's languages with their codes and pages, and another language about to be added.

Multilingual from day one

Adding a language takes one screen, and AI can translate the whole site into it.

The form builder: a form's fields in order, each with its type and whether it is required.

Forms, without a plugin

Text, email, phone, long text, choice and checkbox fields.

The command palette open over the admin, finding the Membership page from three typed letters.

An admin that's nice to be in

Its own design, light or dark.

Try it on your next small site

Ordinary shared hosting is enough: PHP 8.1 and MySQL or SQLite.
